Available Positions:

1. Customer Service Representative (CSR): Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to assist our clients with their insurance needs. As a CSR, you’ll provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, process transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speakers are preferred.
2. 2-20/440 Licensed CSR: Do you have a 2-20 or 440 insurance license and experience in customer service? Join our team as a Licensed CSR and utilize your expertise to assist customers with their insurance policies. In this role, you’ll handle inquiries, process applications, and provide personalized insurance solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
